By submitting this form you will have an account created and flagged "Pending Activation" with a user created under that account for the Corporate Contact you list below. You will be contacted to activate your account and select the products you wish to be available for your users, as well as receiving the most current price list available for the products you select.

Also by submitting this form you indicate that you have read and agree to the conditions and regulations as set forth in the Notice to Users of Consumer Reports document.

Once the form is submitted you will be able to log in with the Corporate Contact credentials you supply in the form, although no products will be available to you until your account is activated.

A McMat Background Screening Representative will contact you about your application to discuss requirements, pricing, and what products you may be interested in. Our contract does not have any setup fees, minimum use fees, or length of commitment requirements. It simply states what is required on your part as a client and what our responsibilities are as a vendor. We do random audits throughout the year to ensure our clients that all legal requirements are being met.

Your contract will also contain the most up-to-date pricing available at the time of execution. While prices for certain searches may change due to court fee changes, access fee changes, and other changes beyond our control, McMat Background Screening will not raise prices more than to cover those changes in fees without a thirty day written notice of price increase. In some instances search fees and court costs may go down. In this case the prices for those services will also be reduced by the same amount.
